All orders are processed at quickly as possible. The lead times are based on the workload, all headgear are made to order and take 2 weeks to create. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates unfortunately.

Contact us urgently! If the scrum cap hasn't already been created we should be able to make the change. Ideally orders need to come through 100% correct.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Unfortunately not! Customised scrum caps are made to order in the colours selected. We cannot accept them back for an exchange or refund. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns around sizing, colours or anything else. We're happy to help!
If you have found a fault with your scrum cap please contact us and we will sort it out.

Custom scrum caps are created to order in the colours you have chosen. This process does come with a lead time of 2 weeks. Once your scrum cap is completed, we will dispatch it on the shipping method chosen at the checkout. The delivery times can be viewed here. Scrum caps are shipped from New Zealand.

Yes, express shipping with DHL is fully traceable. We also offer tracked air shipping. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number. Parcels shipped on Express via DHL can be tracked on the DHL website. Parcels shipped with standard tracked air can initially be tracked on the New Zealand Post website. Once they arrive into the UK, they can be tracked on the Royal Mail website.

To get the best measurement for a scrum cap, use a tape measure or piece of string. Measure across the forehead going around the side of the head just above the tips of the ears and around the back of the head. Then check out our sizing guide to see which size you should go for. If you are still unsure please don't hesitate to get in touch with us here. It's really important that the size ordered is correct, as we cannot accept returns or exchange on customised scrum caps.

No. A scrum cap will not prevent a concussion per se but can reduce the severity of the impact to the point where it may reduce the likelihood of that impact resulting in a concussion.
