Children's head shapes are generally rounder until their teens, when they tend to elongate, making this design an excellent choice for younger athletes. Headgear sizes are based on an individual’s head size, rather than age or body size. Measure your head to find your head circumference measurement then use the table below to select the best size. Headgear perform the best when they are the right fit, not so large that they slip around in play and not too tight. PRO TIP: Once you have received your headgear wear it in a warm (not hot!) shower – this allows the foam to mould nicely to your head shape.
